Before the first lesson
Can I use different prices for different students?
Yes. Each student can have a normal lesson price, and the price for a specific lesson can be stored with that lesson so later tariff changes do not rewrite history.
Can I manage group lessons?
Yes. Individual, pair and larger group lessons can contain multiple students, with attendance and charges handled separately for each participant.
What happens if one student misses a group lesson?
Under the default rule, the absent student can be charged 0 while students who attended are calculated normally.
Can I record a payment received yesterday?
Yes. The payment date is the date the money was actually received, even if you enter the record later.
Can I see both debts and advance payments?
Yes. Tutor Organizer distinguishes between money owed and positive credit/deposit, so you can see who owes you and who has already paid ahead.
Does Tutor Organizer require an internet connection?
The core organiser is designed to work offline with local device storage. Internet access is only needed for external actions such as opening the website or Google Play.
