Build a realm.
Outlive your ruler.
Leave a legacy.
Kingdom: Dynasty & Legacy is a retro kingdom management game where every year matters. Feed your peasants, sow your land, raise soldiers, survive random events, and decide whether a ruler’s death ends a reign — or begins a dynasty.
Play a short competitive reign for the best peasant count, or build a Great Kingdom and race to 15,000 peasants in the fewest years possible. Share your achievement cards, challenge a friend with the same World Code, and try to earn a place in the global winners table.
What kind of game is Kingdom?
Kingdom starts simple and stays readable. You manage a realm through a few clear yearly decisions, but the long-term consequences create surprising depth. A safe harvest can build a future. One bad chain of events can break an overgrown army. A ruler may die when everything seems under control.
Simple core loop
Every year you allocate grain, decide how much land to sow, manage recruitment, and choose whether to buy, sell, or defend your realm.
Dynasty tension
After age 86, your ruler may die at any time. End the reign and lock in a result — or crown an heir and keep the realm alive.
Rare, memorable moments
Events, milestone screens, achievement cards, and long-lived rulers turn a minimal strategy game into a personal chronicle.
Real in-game screens
These are real screenshots from the game. No mock promises — this is the actual style, atmosphere, and interface players get.
How to play
Kingdom is easy to learn. The challenge comes from balancing growth, risk, and survival.
Core resources
- Peasants — your people and the heart of the realm.
- Grain — your universal economy: food, sowing, army support, and land purchases.
- Land — the productive territory you manage and sow.
- Soldiers — defense, campaigns, and pressure on your grain reserves.
Every year you decide
- how much grain to give your peasants;
- how much land to sow;
- whether to buy or sell land;
- whether to draft or demobilise soldiers;
- whether to send troops on campaign.
Two main ways to play
- Short reign: when a ruler dies, end the reign and lock in the result.
- Great Kingdom: continue through heirs and race to 15,000 peasants.
Ranking logic
- Short reign ranking: more peasants is better.
- Tie-breakers: grain, then land, then soldiers.
- Great Kingdom ranking: fewer total years to 15,000 peasants is better.
- Longevity ranking: oldest ruler wins.
Dynasty, sudden death, and legacy
A ruler’s life creates pressure and drama. Kingdom is not just about managing resources — it is about deciding what happens when leadership ends.
Rulers do not live forever
Every ruler begins young, but after age 86 the risk of death becomes real. A reign can end suddenly — sometimes just as the realm becomes truly powerful.
- End the reign and record your short-game result.
- Appoint an heir and continue the same kingdom.
- Keep land, grain, soldiers, and the world history alive.
- Try to create a multi-generation dynasty.
Achievement cards worth sharing
Great rulers, Great Kingdoms, and rare long-life milestones generate official cards that can be saved and shared to Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, and more.
- Saved automatically in your personal achievements archive.
- Never silently removed from the archive.
- May qualify for the global winners table.
World Code — challenge a friend
One of Kingdom’s most unusual features is the World Code system. Two players can start from the same initial fate and see who rules it better.
Same code = same world
A World Code recreates the same initial randomness: harvests, events, and fate. When choices match, the same world unfolds. This makes direct friendly competition possible without needing a live multiplayer system.
- Share a code with a friend.
- Play the same world independently.
- Compare results honestly.
Friend challenge modes
- Race to a target population: for example, 2,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 peasants.
- Play for a fixed number of years: for example, best realm after 30 / 50 / 100 years.
Use your own generated World Code from the game, or enter a friend’s code on the New Kingdom screen.

Kingdom is still young. The table is intentionally selective. Strong results may be added after manual review by the developer.

FAQ
Everything you need to know before starting your realm.
Is Kingdom a casual game or a strategy game?
Both. It is easy to enter and easy to play for a few minutes, but it has enough depth, risk, and long-term planning to satisfy strategy-minded players.
What is the main goal of the game?
You can play in two main ways. A short reign focuses on finishing with the best peasant count. A long run challenges you to reach 15,000 peasants in as few total years as possible.
What happens when my ruler dies?
You choose whether to end the reign and record the result, or appoint an heir and continue the same kingdom as a dynasty.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Kingdom is designed to work offline. Your progress and achievements are stored locally on your device.
What is a World Code?
A World Code recreates the same initial world. It allows two players to face the same starting fate and compare who managed it better.
How do I challenge a friend?
Share your World Code, agree on a challenge format, and compare outcomes. For example: first to 5,000 peasants, or best kingdom after 50 years.
Does the game collect personal data?
No account is required. Kingdom stores progress locally. Achievement cards are shared only if you explicitly use your device’s sharing feature.
How do I get into the global winners table?
Post your official achievement card publicly, send the post link to the developer, and wait for manual review.
